Pastor Wes, his wife, Brooke, and children Isaiah, Emma, Joel, Eliza, Adele, and Phineas joined the Victory family in April of 2022 as Senior Pastor. Having met at Indiana Bible College in the late 90’s, they spent the majority of their ministry in the hills of East Tennessee before finally making their way back to the area where their journey began.
